"Terrible Encounter"
What a terrible encounter! I spent 6 hours chatting with them, going back and forth with the supplier to fix the order mess. They mistakenly put the stubs in the wrong account and suggested I merge the accounts to access the players, but that was a total flop. The chat representative was rude, and nothing got resolved properly. In the end, I was left with no stubs and no players for MLB The Show 23—just a complete waste of my cash.

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience, I was in chat with them for 6 hours between contacting the supplier and trying to correct the issue with the order. They put the stubs in an account that was not mine and told me to line the accounts so I get the players, that never worked. The chat rep was insulting as well and I never got anything done correctly. I ended up with no stubs and no players for MLB the show 23 just lost my money basically.

I made a purchase on April 28, 2023, and reached out to customer support. They assured me that within 15 hours, everything would be sorted out. But here we are, 48 hours later, and still nothing. No word from them at all.
